Oysters Bienville 
Pureed gulf shrimp sautéed in butter with garlic, red bell pepper, cheese and seasoning with a bit of wine tops a raw oyster, then perfectly broiled until bread crumbs are a tasty golden brown. Dang, that’s Good!  $10

 The Po Boy is a classic New Orleans sandwich that earned it’s name back in the Great Depression when chefs would put leftover meats on loaves of French Bread.  They would offer them to the “poor boys” who couldn’t afford a plate of food.  The popularity of this kind of sandwich grew within the working class New Orleanians and soon became a staple at the many family owned restaurants the city is famous for.
