The Original Cafe Du Monde Coffee Stand was established in 1862 in the New Orleans French Market. The Cafe is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It closes only on Christmas Day. Yep – gotta go to the original and the best. It’s worth the wait.

Frenchman Street in the French Quarter
There are so many clubs right in the area...you can walk in and out of them all night long. Some charge a cover, but alot of them don't. You can enjoy Reggae, blues, jazz, swamp rock and everything in between right within a few blocks of each other.

There's so many...on any given street. My favorite, has got to be in front of St. Louis Cathedral. Go up the stairs next to Café Dumond for a great vantage point.
