Creole Jambalaya (Serves 10) $75.00
Spicy delicious rice dish with tomatoes, andouille sausage and chicken.
Served with a quart of Cajun Potato Salad or Creole Slaw and Fresh Bread & Butter

Red Beans & Rice (Serves 10) $65.00
Slow cooked red kidney beans seasoned with sauteed vegetables till extra creamy.  Served over white rice.  Served with a quart of Cajun Potato Salad or Creole Slaw and Fresh Bread & Butter

Seafood Gumbo (Quart - $20.00, Gallon - $75.00)
File’ Gumbo slow cooked with crabmeat and sweet gulf shrimp.  Comes with Rice to top off.

Soup & Salad (Serves 5) $45.00
A quart of our tasty made-from-scratch Seafood Gumbo with rice, bread & butter and Shrimp Remoulade Salad (individual salads) round off this incredibly delicious combo.

French Quarter Sandwich Platter (Serves 6) $36.00
Combination of chicken or tuna salad, ham & cheese, smoked turkey or cold roast beef, on cuban bread with cajun potato salad in the center.  (you may subsitute six bags of Zapps chips for potato salad).

Mound of Muffalettas (Serves 6) $42.00
A platter stacked with delicious muffalettas toasted and complete with six bags of your favorite flavor of Zapps chips.

Ricky P’s Big Salad (Serves 10) $45.00
Fresh Romaine salad with a big serving of our own cajun potato salad in the middle, dressed with our home-made olive salad, with local juicy tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers. 
Served with our house dressing which is a creamy balsamic vinegarette.

Bread Pudding (Serves 10) $25.00
Delicious and decadent twist includes raisins, pecans & pineapple topped with our own rum sauce puts it over the top.

Brownies, Pralines, Chocolate Pecan Pie Squares and Cookies also available.
