Do you want to be a hit at your next gathering?  Let Ricky P's cater your next corporate luncheon, special event or party.  We have sandwich trays and Jambalaya and Salads to go or we can cook our Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee and Crab Cakes on site and serve your guests.  The information below is some of our popular catering menu's.  All items must be ordered in advance.  Please contact Lisa P. to discuss further.  (727) 423-4211.

You can order our favorites for pick up or we can cater at your location with a customized menu just for your special event.  Here's a recent sample menu:  
  • Passed Hors d'oeuvres of Mini Muffalettas and Mini Crawfish Pies.  
  • Fresh Seafood Buffet included Blue Crab Claws, Steamed Gulf Shrimp and Raw Oysters on the half shell with homemade Remoulade and Cocktail Sauces.  
  • Main entree included, Ricky P's Salad with homemade creamy balsamic vinaigrette, Cajun Corn & Crab Bisque, VooDoo Pasta with chicken & andouille sausage and Louisiana Crab Cakes with our fresh Dill Sauce.
  • For Dessert:  Our killer bread pudding, chocolate pecan pie tarts and bananas foster cupcakes.  Served with Community Coffee - cafe au lait style.

APPETIZERS

Stuffed Mushrooms
Baked mushrooms stuffed with crab, shrimp, romano cheese and other special seasonings, then topped with creamy Crab Louie sauce   Dozen - $25

Boudin Balls
A Cajun favorite of cheese, rice, and beef wonderfully seasoned, then tossed in bread crumbs and fried crispy. Served with our Creole Mustard sauce.  Dozen - $15

Crab Cakes
Ricky P's almost famous flavorful crab cakes in perfect appetizer size, grilled and served served with our own freshly made dill sauce.  Dozen - $25

Dang Dang Shrimp
Gulf shrimp hand breaded and fried perfectly, then tossed in our slightly spicy and sweet dang dang sauce.  Platter - $40

Artichoke and Spinach Dip
Creamy, flavorful and delicious.  Served hot or cold with assorted crackers or bread.  Platter - $35


Creole Bruschetta
Tomatoes, feta cheese and our olive tapenade marinated in olive oil.  Served with toasted French bread.   Platter - $35


NEW ORLEANS FAVORITES

Creole Jambalaya  
Crushed tomatoes and sauteed vegetables make it red, Creole and moist.  (Versus the Cajun Jambalaya which is brown and a drier mixture)  Andouille Sausage and chicken make it delicious.

Red Beans & Rice
Our red kidney beans are perfectly seasoned and slow cooked vegetarian style until extra creamy. Served with white rice.

Shrimp Etouffee'
Smothered shrimp slow cooked with vegetables in a creamy wine sauce, served with rice .

Crawfish Monica
Fans of the New Orleans Jazz Fest will recognize this dish!  Crawfish tails sauteed in a creamy blackened sauce and tossed with rotini pasta.  A party in your mouth for sure!

Shrimp Monica
Just like our Crawfish Monica, but with Shrimp!

VooDoo Pasta 
Chicken & Andouille Sausage tossed with rotini pasta and a blackened cream sauce.   
With an extra layer of flavor with the chicken and smoky and a little spicy andouille sausage.

Seafood Gumbo 
File’ Gumbo slow cooked with crab meat and sweet gulf shrimp.  Comes with Rice to top off.

Ricky P's original made-from-scratch Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo.   Comes with Rice to top off.

Cajun Corn & Crab Bisque Hearty, rich, a little sweet and a bit spicy bisque - loaded with crab and sweet corn.

SANDWICH PLATTERS

Mound of Frenchalettas or Cajun Cubans 
A platter stacked with our delicious frenchalettas.  Our take on the New Orleans original legendary sandwich which was created in 1906 and features ham, salami and mortadella, melted provolone cheese and dressed with our homemade olive salad.   Our Cajun Cubans includes our slow roasted pork, ham, melted swiss cheese, pickles and our special creole mustard sauce.  $47 (Serves 6-10, 24 individual servings )

French Quarter Sandwich Platter 
Combination of chicken or tuna salad, ham & cheese, smoked turkey dressed with mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Served on our french bread.  $42.00( Serves 6-10, 24 individual servings ) 

The Ultimate Seafood Po-Boy Platter 
Lightly seasoned and hand breaded gulf shrimp OR freshwater Catfish, fried to perfection, dressed with mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle.  Served on our crunchy french bread.  $60 (serves 6-10, 18 individual servings)

Make Your Own Cochon de Lait
Slow roasted pork, swimming in a delicious marinade, pile it high on slider size rolls, then dress with our tangy Creole slaw.  $36/dozen

Pork Sliders
Our slow roasted pork served with appetizer size slider buns.  Special creole sauce or BBQ sauce on the side.  $36/dozen

Mini Muffaletta
Created in New Orleans in 1906, features ham, salami, & mortadella dressed with our home made olive salad. Topped with melted provolone cheese on a small round roll. Cut in half for the perfect appetizer size. $36/dozen

Ricky P’s Big Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and feta cheese, garnished with a bit of our olive salad and cajun potato salad.  Small Pan—$35 (8-12),   Large Pan - $75 (20-30)

Shrimp Remoulade
A New Orleans classic but simple salad with boiled shrimp served over a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce with tomatoes and our homemade remoulade sauce. Served with saltines crackers, just like back home. $45 platter

This absolutely delicious salad starts with fresh romaine  lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, pecans and dried cranberries and then you pick your favorite topping:

Bread Pudding 
Delicious and decadent twist includes raisins, pecans & pineapple topped with our own rum sauce puts it over the top.

Chocolate Pecan Pie or Tarts
Take a traditional pecan pie and add lots of chocolate and you have a slice of heaven!  $25 per pie  $36/dozen tarts

Red Velvet Cupcakes
Southern favorites, moist and luscious with cream cheese frosting.  $36/dozen

Trifle
Trifles are a delicious desert that are fun, pretty and easy to feed a crowd. Chocolate brownie, strawberry pound cake are favorite options. $25

Peach Cobbler
​Another Southern favorite that feeds a crowd.  Optional:  Add on a can of whipped cream!  Yum.
